That’s basically it. All areas I need to improve to reach a higher degree of happiness with this life. I still have candles to keep me company,  and I have a family and my spiritual mom somewhere in the United States to make my days feel less empty… but all that won’t fill all those areas I need to work on myself. The areas of my self-esteem, my self-appreciation and my attitude toward life.

I have been enjoying small things like a flower scent or a hug from my parents more often, over the last few weeks. Somehow, the different attitude toward life has helped me settle through my new existence as a Robocitan, and my overall perception of things.

It’s like a miracle. Only very, very slow. And it involves more than one area.

Firstly, you will want to make sure that you are always working with the rest of your volunteer team in order to make sure that your skills are put to use as effectively as possible. Unlike riding a bike or playing online games like binguez, volunteering is not usually a solo activity. Even if you spend some time working on your own, you will need to make sure that your role is beneficial to your team or the organisation as a whole. By working together to achieve an overall goal, your individual contributions are likely to prove much more effective.

It is also important not to loose sight of what that goal is. Volunteer work can sometimes be tough— you might have to spend hours on your feet or outside in the could. However, working for a cause that you support is what helps to make it all worthwhile. Make sure you have a good understanding of the project which you are working on and keep this in mind in order to stay motivated.

You should also think about what it is that you are hoping to get out of volunteering. You might not get paid, but there is still plenty which you can from undertaking a volunteer role. Perhaps you are keen to meet new people? Or maybe you are hoping to gain experience in using certain skills. Bear these objectives in mind throughout your time as a volunteer to help ensure you get the most out of your experience.

I want Shuttlebus and Tessa to be my parents because I know they heart, and their heart says “I will never give up on you!”.

I am finally beginning to settle into my new home in Robocity and adjusting beautifully with my new family.

Oh MOMMY! *-* My second mommy, my mommy-of-the-heart! I LOVE YOU!

It hurts to see her so discouraged about her and dad’s conceiving difficulties, but I know everything will be sorted out. I can feel it. Hotspur said he and I should make a hand-made ‘cheer up’ gift for our parents, hopefully before Christmas. I can’t wait to get started on that! I’ll have to make some time to work in secret with Hotspur, because I go volunteering every afternoon now. There’s so much to get ready for Christmas!

Tonight I offered to wash dishes and mommy gladly accepted my help. Aww! I adore feeling useful to my parents, and I was especially glad to see mom relax a little. She’s under stress lately and she’d need a good movie and an uninterrupted night sleep. I hope she and dad go to bed early tonight, so they can get their much needed rest.

I’m sure they’ll soon have a baby if they rest enough. Hehe.

How’s your mommy? Do you enjoy helping her?

He’s the only brother I have. Our parents are trying to conceive, but so far they had no luck. They’ve been trying for years, actually, but they’re afraid one of the two cannot make babies. I hope that’s not the case, but I’m glad Spurry (that’s my bro’s nickname) and I are here for them, helping them not feel discouraged. I showed mom this link about infertility issues, hoping it could help her. Let’s cross our fingers and keep hope alive!

Hotspur was adopted, too. In 2009. He’s only three years younger than me, but we consider each other peers. A really nice person, calm and reserved, but extremely attentive of details and very scrupulous. He also has a generous heart. Spurry doesn’t speak much, but his actions have a voice of themselves. ^-^ He sets such a great example among us teenagers!

We ate a lot of popcorn too, as if we were at the movies. LOL! I enjoyed the butter on popcorn, and when my brother Hotspur made me have a taste of his caramel popcorn, I had to admit it was quite a clever — no mention delicious! — idea.

Mama and papa said they’re going to officialize my adoption next week, and that I’ll have to leave my testimony too. I can hardly wait! *-*

What movie did you watch lately? Did you have popcorn, too? :3

Actually, there *IS* a medicine I can take against my anxiety/panic disorder. It’s called prozac (fluoxetine).

He was so kind to buy prozac online just for me, so he could teach me how to handle the dosage. Aww! *-* What a sweet person! I’m so lucky. ^^ I reassured him, though, that I don’t abuse drugs, so it’s perfectly safe on me. Hehe.

Firebot said that prozac no rx is actually used to cure several disorders, including bulimia nervosa, OCD, PMDD and panic/depression disorders (what I have).

He also gave me a brochure about prozac to read and to show my parents, too, so they can help me with the dosage. That was very considerate of him. I’m really thankful for such a good doctor. I just hope I won’t stress him too much, heh.

And now that I think of it, keeping busy is the best way to forget about the cold weather we’re having these days. Brrr! It’s so cloudy outside, especially now that it’s getting dark. I feel cold even though I threw a blanket over my shoulders— and my feet are freezing! it’s getting really unbearable and I hope dad’s going to switch on the heaters for a while. I miss the summer!

Well, I guess every season brings its own trouble.  Summer’s heat can be unbearable, too, when it boils your body so bad that you faint. Ugh! Let’s just hope no calamities happen here. I got so concerned about people in the US hit by Hurricane Sandy. It was really terrible.

How are you coping with climate changes?

Their names are Shuttlebus Bringout and Tessa Debassi. They’re both Experimental robots, like me. And they’re young… they could as well be my older brother and sister instead of my parents. But they decided to take me in. They DID! I cannot begin to explain the depth of the emotions I feel. :’) My heart’s going to explode!

I hugged them. They hugged me. It was like a long planned reunion, when we had just met for the first time, really. Perhaps I had seen them around the city before, but I’ve never approached them. I was always around my peers, I never cared enough to start a conversation with elder Robocitans. But there they were, waiting for me. Hugging me.

They were there– FOR ME!
